1tomato
1onion
1 tspcumin seed
1 tspginger garlic chopped
1 tspred chilli Powder
1/4 bunchcoriander leaves
1 tspdry roasted cashew powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil add cumin seed and crackle
2

Add onion and garlic saute well
3

Add ginger crushed and tomato saute
4

Add crumbled paneer,salt turmeric powder and red chilli Powder
5

Combine all adding sugar and cashew-raisins powder
6

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
