Boil your noodle, strain in a basket and keep aside

Wash you vegetables and cut. Stir fry your carrot,green beans and spring onions and keep aside. Also cut your plantain into cubes and fry, then keep aside.

Fry your tomato, pepper and onions, then add your strain noodle and stir. Allow to simmer for 30 seconds and add your stir fried vegetables and noodle seasoning then turn, cover the pot, off your gas after 30 second

Dish your noodle and garnish with boiled eggs, plantain cubes, sliced cucumber, lettuce and onions.
