Ingredients

  • 3 cupsflour
  • 15 gmsyeast
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1little sugar
  • 1 pinchcinnamon
  • 1little cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredents together

  2. 2

    Knead the flour whole adding a little oil

  3. 3

    Cover with a clean cloth for 1 hr

  4. 4

    Un cover after 1 hr and knead again thn cover for another 20mins

  5. 5

    Put in the baking tin and brush on top with egg white
