In pressure cooker Black eyed peas. Add water & Salt. Let cook till 4-5 whitseles.

In a pan add chopped onions soute it golden brown. Than add coconut and little salt and soute them till brown. Keep it aside to cool.

In the mixture jar add souted onions and coconuts add water too and grind them smoothie paste. Keep this paste aside.

In a pan add oil and heat it.

Add chopped onions soute it.

Then add Ginger & Garlic paste. Soute them for few minutes.

Add Termeric powder, Goda powder, Red chilli powder, Garam Masala powder and soute them well.

Add chopped tomatoes, mixed them till tomatoes are get soft.

Then add the boiled black eyed peas along with water & cooked till stirr.

Cover it with lid let cook them for 10 - 12 minutes.

Finally Chavali chi Usal ready to eat. Serve with chopped Coriander leaves. Etc.
