Steps

Boil the banana and Potato well

Mash it well

Heat oil add chopped tomato and ginger crush saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add green chillies and garam masala powder

Add sugar mix well and switch off

Now add this into the mashed Potatoes and banana

Mix well adding gram flour

Shape balls of it and shallow fry the kebabs
- 9
Serve it with green coriander chutney
