Steps

  1. 1

    Boil two inches of water in a shallow pan, stir the water quickly clockwise and crack your eggs into the middle. Allow them to boil for 3-5 minutes

    Cover the toast in avocado and pop your eggs on top- add a little salt and pepper, delicious 😋
