Wash the rice n soak it for upto 6hours

Take quarter of it n cook after its cooked then add it to d uncooked one

Grind it all together bt dnt put much water

Pour it inside a big container dat has cover den add ur yeast n allow it 2 rise

Wen it rise u will notice dat it's much unlike d way u keep it b4

Add ur little sugar,pinch of salt n potash,mix it all together

Put ur masa pan on fire n add oil wen d oil is hot,put d mixture inside n allow it to fry bt put on low heat,if it's done u turn to d other side too

Repeat d same procedure till u finish,u can serve it wit miyan taushe,spinach soup,sugar or yajin kuli-kuli.
