Peel the potatoes

Grate the potatoes over a clean plate

Combine potatoes and onion with egg in a bowl.

Add flour slowly until mixture comes together.

Add salt and and all the masalas and cheese and mix it well.

Cover base of fry-pan with oil and heat.
- 7
Add spoons full of mixture into frypan and flatten.
- 8
Turn and cook until golden on both sides.
- 9
Transfer to in a plate and serve with sauce or chutney..
