When you feel like having ndengus without any other meal to accompany....

Wash and boil the ndengu till tender.

Discard the water and fry onions to golden brown, add tomatoes, pound garlic and stir to make a sauce, add salt and tomato paste then add boiled ndengu plus water and stir, let it simmer for a few minutes to cook well.

Eat it without any other meal, its yummy.
