Ingredients

1 serving
  • 100 gminced chicken
  • 10fresh basil leaves (or acording to taste)
  • 1/4red capsicum, chopped
  • 1/4medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1-2bird's eye chili, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 tbs.canola oil
  • 1egg
  • 1serving cooked rice
  • <>
  • 1/2 tbs.Thai fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 1/2 tbs.mirin
  • 1/2 tbs.sake
  • 1/2 tsp.oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp.soy sauce
  • 1/2 tspbrown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp.chicken soup stock granule

Steps

  1. 1

    1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the seasoning mix. Stir well.

  2. 2

    2. In a skillet, heat canola oil and sauté garlic and chili, followed by onion and red capsicum, and then minced chicken. Sauté well.

  3. 3

    3. When the chicken is cooked, add the seasoning mix. Bring to boil until the liquid cook off. If it’s too dry, add a little bit of water. Add basil leaves in the chicken mixture and cook until wilted (not cooked too much).

    1. Make a sunny-side-up egg.

  5. 5

    1. Serve over rice, top with the egg.
