Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 2boiled eggs
  • 1potato cut into four
  • 1onion chopped and grinded
  • 1tomato pureed
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspmustard seeds paste
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the egg and Potatoes

  2. 2

    Keep aside and fry the onion paste

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add tomato and saute well adding red chilli Powder

  5. 5

    As oil starts releasing add mustard paste

  6. 6

    Saute well adding egg and Potatoes
