6eggs
red bell pepper
onion
seasoning nd spices
boiled potatoes
oil

Steps

Break the eggs in a bowl

Dice the onion and redbell pepper and potatoes
3

Add all the ingredients in the bowl of egg except for the oil
4

Beat the mixture
5

Grease the muffin pan (cup cake pan) with oil then add the mixture.
6

Bake until cooked and serve with chips or any of ur choice!!!
