Marinate the chicken with salt turmeric powder ginger garlic and red chilli Powder

Heat oil and add onion chopped saute well till it is golden brown add Potatoes

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well

Now add the chicken pieces and saute well adding red chilli Powder

Cover and cook till it is soft

Add tomato stir well adding biryani masala and ghee

Now cover it with rice

Sprinkle kesar soaked milk and ghee

Keep the heat low and cook for 10-15 minutes

Serve it with raita and salad
