Dry in the sun to rid off excess moisture. (Approximately 1 day in a sunny day)

Mix cinnamon and sugar.

Toss the dried seeds with sugar mixture

Roast in a large pan, frequently tossing to avoid burning.

Roast until they turn golden brown then add the oil and cook for about 3 minutes.
