Steps

Put the white ants on a bowl.

Sprinkle some water to help during salt absorption, transfer them into a pan and put some salt then stir.

Heat up the pan and let them roast as you stir until they turn dry crunchy.

Apply cooking oil and shallow fry for like 2 minutes.

Serve hot with soft ugali.
