Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 1.5 bowlboiled rice
  • 1/2 cupchopped carrot beans and capsicum
  • 1 tbspshezwan sauce
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspginger garlic crushed
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil add ginger garlic and saute

  2. 2

    Add onion chopped saute well

  3. 3

    Add chopped vegetables and saute well adding salt

  4. 4

    As the vegetables get properly cooked add rice mix well adding salt and sugar

  5. 5

    Finally add shezwan sauce and mix well
