In a bowl, mix blue band,sugar and eggs, then whisk.

Add oil and milk

Pour in your sieved flour, grated lemon and the vanilla essence

Divide the paste into two portions

In one portion add cocoa and mix.

Apply blue band generously to the sufuria you'll use for cooking.

Pour the first potion of the paste (without cocoa)

Add the paste with cocoa.

Put 3small stones in a big sufuria

Emerse in the sufuria with your cake mixture

Put them on the gas and cook for 1hour, 30mins on minimum heat.
