Heat a wok put oil And add cumin garlic green chilli And boil mashed potatoes And boil peas mix well mix spices coriander leaves and let it cool then mix greatest cheese

Take a big portion of dough roll thin chapati cut in to a square shape

Cut in to square shape in middle like rectangle

Keep overlap rectangle stuffing the other rectangle in middle

Keep the mirror potatoes in middle and fold side then left side lock the stuffing

Uper side a right make a thin strips with the help of knife

Now making of mat firstly right strip then upper side over lap one another again this proces a will continue

Finally lock the strips

Fry it on low flame to medium heat
