10 servings
  1. 100 gmscorn flour
  2. 1tspn paprika
  3. 1/2tspn cayenne
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 kgchicken breast cubed
  6. 1tspn blackpepper
  7. salt and oil for deep frying

    In a dry bowl combine all spices plus salt,add in eggs combine till well mixed,leave to rest for ten minutes to marinate, start deep frying your nuggets dropping one by one to avoid sticking,when done serve with favourite sauce mine is sweetnsour or chilli mayo
