For Kadhai chicken masala powder.. Dry roast black pepper, fennel seeds, whole Dhaniya seeds, Kasuri methi, cumin seeds, 4 Kashmiri red chillies on a Tava then make a fine powder.. spice powder ready

Then in a Kadhai take some oil add bay leaf and fry capsicum cut squares.. then remove it..

In the same oil add 3 chopped onions and sauté till lil brownish then add ginger garlic paste.. cumin seeds and sauté well on high flame

Then add the spice powder saute well and add chicken sauté then add purée of three tomatoes and lil water and cover and let it cook on low flame till done !!

Yummy Kadhai chicken ready..!! Enjoy with tandoori naan
