Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2 tbspamul cream
  • 2 tspcoffee powder
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • to tasteSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 1cup of milk in pan..Add cardamom powder..And bring it to boil.

  2. 2

    Add sugar..After a min.switch off the flame.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile in a deep bowl whisk together..Cream and coffee powder.. till creamy..

  4. 4

    Now pour hot(boiling) milk.. in coffee cream (the froth should start on top.)..Mix it with spoon.to make it more frothy... transfer coffee from one cup to another..

  5. 5

    Creamy elaichi flavoured hot coffee is ready to serve.
