Take coffee powder and sugar in a cup or mug.

Add 1 teaspoon of hot water and beat with fork or spoon. The mixture may be dark in colour.

Beat for sometimes. Add 1 teaspoon water again and beat for 8-10 minutes or till mixture becomes light brown in colour and fluffy. Keep aside.

In a pan boil milk.

Pour this milk over beaten coffee mixture from some height. Mix little with spoon.

Enjoy hot.
