Steps

Mix flour with sugar and salt then add warm water little by little as you knead to hard dough.

Apply some cooking oil and knead into the dough.

Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes then roll into a big circle then apply some oil and fold it into layers then cut into pieces.

Roll the pieces into round shapes then shallow fry under medium heat.

Serve with favourite dish.
