  1. 1.5 cupflour
  2. 1 tspbaking soda
  3. Halfcup castor sugar
  4. 3Mashed bananas
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. Halfcup vegetable oil
  8. 1 tspvanilla essence

    Prestige heat oven to 180degrees. Grease the baking tin. For me I used aluminum foil so didn't grease

  2. 2

    Cream the vegetable oil, mashed bananas eggs and vanilla essence

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl mix flour, salt and sugar then add to the wet mixture and mix

  4. 4

    Pour batter in the baking tin and bake for 40mins to 50mins

  5. 5

    Insert the tooth pick if it comes out clean then it's ready

As easy as it gets! Very delicious too. Sugar can be adjusted to liking.
