Ingredients

5mashed ripe bananas
2 tbspvanilla bean paste
2 cupflour
1 cupsugar
2eggs
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1 1/3 tspbaking soda
1 tbspground cinnamon
1/2 tspnutmeg
1/3 tspsalt

Mash bananas first then add all ingredients. Mix well till clumps are smooth. Pour mixture into 8x8 pyrex casserole dish. Bake in oven at 350°F for 55 min.

When done let sit to cool or serve hot with Whipped cream
