Firstly take a pan...put the oil or butter...toss onion, garlic, ginger

Bay leaf,tomatoes after that put some water... cover with lid for 9,10 minutes

Then put out bay leaf and grind all veggies then sieve all veggies

Again put a pan then add salt to taste add black pepper some sugar for adjust to sourness of tomatoes

Add some water as you want and take a boil...soup is ready

Garnish with cream and put croutons if you want
