Pre heat your oven or light up your charcoal jiko. Grease your baking tin with oil or margarine, sprinkle some little flour on the tin.

Sieve the dry ingredients. Cream the sugar and margarine to a smooth paste.

Add the eggs one by one then fold in the flour, orange juice and milk bit by bit until you make a thick paste.

Pour in the baking tin. Bake at 180 degrees. If using charcoal place the baking tin in a big sufuria cover with lid and pour charcoal on top of the lid. Bake for 45 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
