For kofta, mix all ingredients in a bowl except oil and prepare a mixture.

For gravy, heat oil in a wok, add mustard seeds and bay leaves in it and allow it to crackle.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a wok, make balls of the mixture and deep fry them and keep them aside.

Meanwhile, combine all spices in a bowl, add curd in it, mix them well and pour it into the wok and cook it well.

Now add water as per the requirement and cook it for 10 minutes on medium-high flame.

Then add fried balls in it cook it for 2-3 minutes, switch off the flame and garnish it with coriander leaves.

Mix veg kofta is ready to serve now.
