Ingredients

  • 6large bananas
  • 2ripe tomatoes
  • 1large onion
  • Cooking oil
  • 1royco cube
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peal the bananas and dice them into smaller size,wash and Prince twice

    To another sufuria fry onions till golden brown, add diced tomatoes,salt and cube and let it cook for 10 min

    Add banana and mix well,then half cup water,,let it cook for 18 minutes

    Serve while hot
