Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupgrounded sugar
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 cupcurd/yoghurt
  • 1 tspvanilla essence(optional)
  • Mix all these well and keep aside
  • 1 3/4 cupall purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupcocoa powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • Mix them with a spatula

Steps

  1. 1

    Now add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add some more milk and mix. Ensure not to over mix.

  3. 3

    Add 2 tsp lemon/vinegar and mix very gently with a spatula. Pour the batter into your greased pan and cover it with a foil then bake.
