Cut the fish, spice with curry,thyme,salt and maggi cubes.place in the fridge for 30minutes and place in the oven to grill.

Parboil rice rinse and keep aside.

Heat up vegetable oil,fry onion,carrots,curry,spring onion,drain the water from the sweet corn and green pepper.

Put the part and stir then maggi cubes.lower the heat and boil for 5minutes.
