Set all your ingredients.(Pojo is already boiled)

Take a sufuria add oil and your well diced onions.cook until palely brown.

Add the crushed garlic and ginger.

Add your well diced carrots and green peppers.

Add black pepper and salt.Stir and cover for a minute.DO NOT OVER COOK THEM.

Now add your boiled Pojo and stir.Add two cups of water and let it boil for 10 minutes.(the cup you'll have used to measure your cereal)

Stir after the 10 minutes.Take the cup you measured water with and measure half full milk.

Add the milk and stir till its mixed up well then remove from the stove.

Now add your coriander

Stir and serve with your desired meal.

NOT A STEP** for good results (thick) be careful with the water.
