Ingredients

  1. 10Fresh Red chilli whole
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2 tbsp oil
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tbsp sugar
  7. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 2 tspfennel seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash and slit red chilli

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix all ingredients except oil

  3. 3

    Stuff this masala in chilli

  4. 4

    Now heat a pan add oil heat it add cumin and chilli stir it

  5. 5

    Cook on medium.flame only for 5 minutes
