Steps

Soak the Poha in a bowl for few minutes

Take a pan add oil heat and add all vegetables and cook for 5 min than add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Maggi masala and cook it

Now remove water of poha in a hole basket remove all the water
- 4
Now add dry poha in vegetables and mix well it and cook 2 min in low flame.

Poha is ready to serve it with red sauce.

Garnish with green chilli.
