  1. 1 litremilk
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. as neededDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan and let it reduce little bit.

  2. 2

    Wash rice add into the milk.

  3. 3

    Boil on low flame until rice become soft.

  4. 4

    Now add sugar and dry fruits.

  5. 5

    Garnish with dry fruits.

  6. 6

    Kheer is ready to serve.
