1 bowlchopped vegetables (carrot,cauliflower,beans,peas and potatoes)
1onion chopped
1tomato chopped
1/4 tspginger paste
3 clovesgarlic chopped
2green chillies chopped
1/4 cuphung curd
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil
1/4 tspgaram masala powder

Heat oil and temper garlic and ginger

Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Add chopped onion and green chilli
4

As it get brown add vegetables and saute
5

Cover it till it is soft
6

Add curd and sugar mix well
7

Add garam masala powder and serve
