Ingredients

  • Already made cupcakes with butterscotch flavour
  • Butter -1/2kg
  • Icing sugar -1kg
  • Coloured fondant icing (for cutouts)
  • Icing pump or piping bag with star tip 16

Steps

  1. 1

    Put butter and icing sugar in a bowl and cream together.

  2. 2

    Put the buttercream icing in the icing pump or piping bag using star tip 16, pipe on the cupcakes in a circular motion until the top is fully covered.

  3. 3

    Make cutouts of your choice with colored fondant icing using any shape of your choice, paste on the cupcakes for decorations.

  4. 4

    Pour some sprinkles on top to make it colourful. Your beautiful, tasty cupcakes are ready 😀😀😀
