Get your pork mince, salt it and make into balls. Place on a tray with foil and let them cook in the oven on low for half an hour. After half an hour cover up and let them cool down.

In a mixing bowl mix together 1 cut up onion, 1 cut up stick of lemon grass, half a large root of ginger cut up, 1 dessert spoon of fish sauce, fresh coriander cut up, 1 clove of garlic, half a cup of olive oil, salt & Pepper, 1 dessert spoon of honey and half a cup of corn flour. Add your pork balls into mix and mix well so all the meat is covered.

Heat up your wok with some olive oil, when oil is hot chuck in your pork balls individually leaving some of the mix in the bowl. Don't cook with heat to high as they can burn easily due to honey and soy sauce. Let them cook until Brown.

For dip. Mix together half a cup of soy sauce, 1 chopped onion, 1 clove of garlic, half root of ginger cut up, 1 stick of lemon grass cut up, 1 squeezed lime and a shaving of zest, fresh coriander and mint chopped up.
