  1. 1 cupcorn meal
  2. 5 cupschicken stock

    In a pot add polenta to cold chicken stock

  2. 2

    Cook while stirring on medium heat until thickened, about 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 5 minutes
