Soak the soya chunks in warm water for 20 min. With half tbsp salt

Take a pan and add oil. When the oil become hot then add jeera

Add paste of onions,tomato puree,ginger garlic paste

Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame

Add malai and cook for 10 min. Till the oil spread out

Drain the water for chunks and add it in gravy

Cook it for 2 min.

Serve hot and garnish it with kasuri methi
