Steps

Soad both the daals in a open bowl and for 7-8 hours.

Remove the water and grind it well in grinder.

Make a thick batter add salt and eno and mix it well when bubbles starts to form.

Now heat the oil in a open frying pan and deep the pakodas and put it in to the water

Now squeeze water and put it in to the plate add boiled potatoes dry papdi salt black pepper powder chat masala sev and roasted cumin seeds.

Now add pomegranate beaten curd and tamarind chutney,green chutney and roasted cumin seeds

Dahi bhalla is ready to serve
