First in a frying pan take cloves, green elaichi,Kali elaichi, dalchini, garlic ginger, onion, tomato, green chilli and little water then cook it for some minute when tomato and onion gets soft then off the flame keep them aside to cool down

When this masala cools down then grind them in a fine paste

Again take a frying pan take little butter in it when butter get heated then add kasuri methi and one bay leaf then add the fine paste in it and fry it for a few minute then add little sugar, salt and cream in it and stir it for more few minutes then add little water add water as how much you want gravy in it when water get boil then add paneer cubes cook it for more few minutes at last add little more butter and serve the dish
