Boil tapioca in microwave with enough water for 8 min. In a pan pour oil, put mustard seed, then put onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic and Cumin powder, turmaric powder and saute until onion turn brown.

In the mean time, remove the skin of tapioca, scramble with hand (not as paste) add with fried ingredients. Put salt, cook on a very low flame for at least 5 min. Now add coconut and cook for 2 min. Serve with rice, roti, bread sandwich
