Cooking Instructions

Pour your samp and bean into a pot and wash

Pour clean water and put on the stove
- 3
While waiting for your samp chop your carrots
- 4
Add 1 sachet Benny spice and mix then leave until soft
- 5
When samp and beans are soft add carrot and another sachet Benny spice
- 6
Leave for approximately 30 mins or less
- 7
Add your holsum and close pot
- 8
After few mins mix and leave us for few mins
