Babycorn cigar
Steps

In a bowl pour mayonnaise. Add salt,sugar,parsley,chopped onion,chopped green chillies,red chilli flakes,1/8tsp garlic paste,little bit oil. Mix well and put into refrigerator.

Boil babycorn for2minutes and put into ice water for1minute. Then cut each babycorn vertically.

In a bowl add Chinese seasoning,red chilli powder,salt,vinegar,oil,chopped garlic,black pepper powder,chopped chilli. Mix well coat babycorn with the mixture and roast both side in dry tawa for1minute.

In a mixing bowl add potato,cornflour,salt,coriander leaves,ginger paste,chilli paste. Mix and make dough.

Coat each babycorn piece with a small amount of dough and give shape of cigar.

Coat with breadcrumbs

And deep fry into oil. Serve with mayonnaise sauce.
