Steps

Peel and chopped the onion and green chilli.

Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds when splutters add chopped onion and green chilli then saute.

After saute add spices and roast it,now add soaked poha,mix well.

Cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

Now add lemon juice and garnish with namkin.
- 6
Serve hot it's a very healthy breakfast.
