Steps

    Prepare potable cooker

    Cut meat, vegetables, fish and Tofu. You can choose any vegetables and any meat and seafood.

    Put dried kelp and pour water in pot. Then boil. This is basic soup. You can make your own soup. Chicken soup, soy milk with Dashi, tomatoes soup, soy sauce with sesame paste and Dashi and chili with Miso.

    These are toppings and seasoning

    After boiling put vegetables, Tofu and meat.

    Cook in pot and eat with your favorite seasoning. Mine is soy sauce with lemon, chili powder and onion.

    When you eat all, the good soup is done. If there’s any left please remove all.

    Cook rice(cooked) in soup.

    The rice is cooked very sticky then put eggs and stir a little and ready to eat. If you have cheese, baby boiled sardines, Nori dried seaweed...please put on rice porridge.

    I put Korean seaweed. Let’s eat Japanese pot with your family and friends. And make your own pot and porridge.
