Ingredients

  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 stickCinnamon
  • 3Cloves
  • 2Cardamom
  • 1 cupOnion chopped
  • 1Green chilli
  • 1 tbspGarlic chopped
  • 1 tbspGinger chopped
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • 2 cupTomato chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3-4cashew
  • 2 cupWater
  • 1/2 tspKasuri mathi
  • 1/2 tspSugar
  • 1/4 cupCream
  • as neededKofta
  • 1 cupPaneer
  • 1 cupPotato boiled
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 inchGinger chopped
  • 1Green chilli
  • 1/2 tspCornflour
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededcashew almond chopped
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    For the kofymash together Panner and boiled potatoes

  2. 2

    Add chopped Coriander, ginger, green chilli, cornflour, salt, and nuts

    Mix theme well and shaped

  4. 4

    Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown on high flame

  5. 5

    For curry heat oil butter to gether. Add cardamom, add chopped onions and cooked 5-7minites

  6. 6

    Add green chilli, add chopped garlic and ginger and cook 3-4minites.

  7. 7

    Add haldi powder, chilli powder, Coriander powder, and cumin powder

  8. 8

    Add chopped tomatoes

  9. 9

    Now add salt, kaju and cook 5-7minites

  10. 10

    Add 2-cup water and cover till tomatoes are mashy

  11. 11

    Now using ablender blend it into a fine puree

  12. 12

    Strain puries and trasfer it to a pan

  13. 13

    Add, kasuri methi powder, sugar, salt to taste

  14. 14

    Can add water if the curry is too thick

  15. 15

    Add cream, stir and remove from heat

  16. 16

    Place the Kofta in a bowl and pour the hot curry on top and serve.
