Baked Kebab (Kabab Siniyah)
Steps

Finely chop the bell peppers and green onions, then add them to the ground meat along with the spices and salt.

Spread the red pepper paste on the bottom of a baking dish.

Press the kebab mixture over the red pepper paste, then top with slices of tomato and bell pepper.
- 4
Bake in the oven. You don't need to add water, as the tomatoes will release enough liquid.
