Wash and clean all the leaves with a clean dry cloth. Mix besan, salt and dry powdered spices in the tamarind paste and apply it on the back side of the leaves

Go on keeping the leaves on top of each other and keep applying the besan batter on dem and roll dem

Apply the batter on top of each roll and put dem to steam on the greased plate (boil water in a pot and cover it with a plate having holes)

Cover dem and turn dem after 15 min and again cover dem. Add more water in the pot

After 10 min off the gas and let the rolls cool down. Now cut dem into thin slices

Temper dem with oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds,sesame seeds, hing etc. But instead of tempering bhi can garnish with fresh grated cheese
